Criteria for Contract Membership Enrollment
To be the contract member, the following requirements should be satisfied:
- The customer's average monthly purchase quantity shall be over 10,000 RMB(over 120,000 RMB/yr).
- Member should be in good financial standing and with good credit.
A responsible person is accredited to take in charge of the purchasing issues and a purchasing plan of office supplies, consumables and equipments.

Application Process
- If your corporation or governmental organization meets the Criteria for Contract Membership Enrollment, you can apply for your Staples Contract Membership by phone, email or fax.
- After receiving your application, our sales manager will get in touch with you and arrange for a visit to discuss some details about the business and the relevant formality of application, which including completing "Requisition of the Purchaser" and collecting some necessary purchasing data of the purchaser such as the duplicate copy of Business License.
- Then the two parties sign the cooperative agreement titled "Sales Frame Contract" and fill out "the Purchaser's Deputy Authorization Certificate", which regulates the purchase party's authorization of it's daily routine of orders and receivers. Usually, the validity period of the first-time cooperation contract is 3 months.
- Officially become an Staples contract member.
