How to cancel an order? |

If the Call Center representatives haven't make confirmation of the order, one can cancel it.
Please login first and click the order series number in the “Purchase Info > View Current Order Details” page. Click “Cancel the Order” button. |

There're 2 ways for your choice:
1) By Phone: 021-962365 or 021-32084530. (Note: It's better for you to contact with the sales representative who had made order confirmation with you.)
2) By Website: Login “Member Center ” and find “Purchase Info → View Current Order Details” in the left menu bar, then click to view your order status.
